Kaylie's Baby Blessing

Kaylie was blessed yesterday by her father. Grandpa Adamson, Great Uncle Robbie, Uncle Joe, Uncle Andy, and our good friend Darrell also participated. The blessing Bert gave her was beautiful and we had a great time with family afterward (thanks grandpa and grandma for coming down from Spokane for it!).

And here are two pictures of all the women (in my direct line) who have worn that blessing dress. My great-grandmother made it for my great aunt about 100 years ago. Great-aunt Helen wore it, my grandmother, my mother, my aunt, myself, my sister, a cousin, and my two daughters.

I finally got a picture of the two girls. Emma loves her baby sister and loves to help with diaper changes, getting dressed and shoving binkies in her mouth. Emma hasn't been too excited about how much Kaylie wants to be held however and has gotten a little clingy.
