Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! It was just the three of us for Christmas this year so we started our own family traditions and had a big dinner last night, read the Christmas story and watched It's a Wonderful Life. We opened presents this morning, had a big breakfast and went to the movies this afternoon. Emma loved it all, even the movie. She even made an attempt at opening her own presents. It took too long though so Daddy helped out.


Here she is in the new dress Aunt Sarah bought her. For some reason she was way excited about having her picture taken. I think she is getting used to me snapping pictures all the time.

Go Cougars!

Uncle Andy stopped in last night and gave Emma a Christmas present that she could wear just in time for the Las Vegas Bowl game last night. We're training her early :)

Piano Fun

On Sunday nothing would keep Emma entertained. Finally Bert stuck her in the baby carrier and started playing the piano. She loved it and even tried to join in. Hopefully she gets his musical talent...

We discovered today that Emma can just about sit by herself... with the help of a Boppy. I love the boppy.

It's Snowing!

We woke up to several inches of snow this morning and at 11:30 it's still coming down. As much as I hate the cold, I love a good snowfall. (mostly 'cause I can go snow shoeing and snow boarding) Here we are in front of the house. She seemed to like being outside, of course she always likes being outside doesn't matter the weather.
